SELF HELP MEDITATION
This program aims to develop peace of mind through meditation techniques
RELAXATION GROUP
The leader provides progressive relaxation training, guided imagery and self affirmations.
Please bring a rug if you wish to lie down for the relaxation . A psychologist will assist new comers individually, with techniques for dealing with anxiety, depression, sleep problems and pain.
