Supported Residential Service (SRS) Community Access Service

TransAccess provides support to residents of Supported Residential Services ( SRS) in the city of Stonnington to participate in community activities. Eligible people are those residents of SRS's in the City of Stonnington who require support & assistance to participate community leisure activities and pastimes.

Program objectives

• In partnership with other SRS providers improve the access of SRS residents (particularly those in the 30-60 year age group) to arrange of active and passive community based activities.
• Increase the capacity of community activity clubs and programs to provide recreational opportunities for SRS clients
• Assist SRS residents to identify areas of interest and to assist them to participate in these activities in a way which maximises their independence
