This six week course gives you a new approach to free yourself from pre-occupation with dieting and weight issues. Discover there is an alternative to binge eating and yo yo dieting.
WHY WEIGHT SELF HELP GROUP
This group supports persons who wish to change their eating behaviour. A psychologist or a dietitian will attend for approximately one hour to provide relevant information & skills.
